Black Holes and Revelations
weigh in today. i have managed to gain 2 1/2 lb this week! wtf!
i know we had an unhealthy meal last wednesday (no idea what it was though) and we shared a bag of maltesers 2 days ago. but thats not 2 1/2lb worth!
so i really don't know what that's all about. but it had made me a bit more determined this week.
more exercise, no junk food at all, and strict planning of all my meals.

dieting is crap. crap i tell you!!

Awww :( that sucks hun.
I've had a really bad week this week too...in fact today I had a chocolate fudge cake from Lloyds...mmmn...it was so worth it.
Keep motivated though...sometimes it comes from just not doing anything and maybe your body is getting a bit too used to the diet?

Who knows...but yes, dieting is crap. We should all have a week off and go nuts!

well fortunately i am still motivated. normally if i come back from a weigh in with bad news i tend to give up the next day and eat lots of naughty stuff! and i did do that a little this time, had pizza which worked out at 25 syns so not the end of the world.

but i think you might be right, maybe my body is just used to the diet and i need to step it up a bit. so i have added some exercise into the mix! i'm going 30 minutes a day on our rowing machine which so far is brilliant (although i have only been doing it two days now ha!). i always feel better after exercise, so i'm not sure why i don't do it often.

a week of dieting?.. i LIKE how you think!
