i know we had an unhealthy meal last wednesday (no idea what it was though) and we shared a bag of maltesers 2 days ago. but thats not 2 1/2lb worth!
so i really don't know what that's all about. but it had made me a bit more determined this week.
more exercise, no junk food at all, and strict planning of all my meals.
dieting is crap. crap i tell you!!
