i had my weigh in today (as usual) i lost a grand total of 4lb this week.
30 minutes of exercise every day really does work!
so this evening i treated myself to chocolate and dumplings. i'll be back on track tomorrow :) but you have to let yourself have something nice once in a while other wise you go mad. lets see if i can make another 4lb next week!
did anyone else watch doctor who last saturday. i can't be the only one obscenely obsessed with it. i was practically tearing up by then end of the episode. *huffs* and i still have 3 god damned days before i can find out what happens next!
